Ahmed Farah Adare is an experienced public sector leader and business professional with a background spanning government, energy regulation, and private enterprise. He served as Somaliland’s Minister of Justice (2014–2017) and previously as Deputy Minister of Interior for Regional Administration. He later chaired the Somaliland Energy Commission (2020–2024), where he led regulatory reforms and sector development. He also brings over two decades of private sector experience in management, operations, and organizational leadership.
