Ahmed Ibrahim Awale is an environmentalist, development practitioner, and author based in Somaliland. He has written extensively on environmental issues, including several published books, and serves as a faculty member at the University of Hargeisa. He is also a founding member of Candlelight for Environment, Education, and Health (CEEH) and the Somaliland Biodiversity Foundation, contributing to conservation and environmental awareness initiatives.
