Divya Nettimi
Divya Nettimi is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Avala Global, an investment firm that seeks out companies at the leading edge of technological disruption. The firm conducts deep fundamental research to discover areas where innovation is reshaping the global landscape. Avala aims to invest in public and private companies ahead of meaningful inflection points that can create exceptional long-term value. Founded in 2022, Avala has grown rapidly – doubling its team since launch – with both seasoned leadership as well as the next generation of rising talent.
Prior to founding Avala, Divya spent seven years at Viking Global Investors, where she was a Portfolio Manager and a member of the firm’s Investment Steering Committee. She began her career as an Investment Analyst at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Biomechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Divya has served on the Board of the Abaarso Network since 2022, and she has been involved with the organization for over a decade. She is dedicated to empowering communities through education and is grateful that her involvement has allowed her to serve a deeply underrepresented population.
