Sihaam Abdilahi Mumin is a public health specialist and development practitioner working at the intersection of health, policy, and international development. She serves as a Safeguards Specialist on a World Bank–funded digital integration project and is the founder of Bilan Family Health Center, a women’s health clinic in Somaliland. Her previous roles include advising the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on international engagement. She holds a degree in Public Health from the University of Rochester and has contributed to research and publications on peacebuilding, migration, and governance.
