Our team

Abaarso Network has more than 250 team members on the ground in Somaliland.

Our student-centered schools are supported every day by numerous dedicated people helping to cook, clean, drive, repair, and keep things safe.

Over 90% of our teachers are homegrown alumni talent from our system and 90% of our leadership originally started as teachers in our schools.
